Rennum is operated by:

In these Terms:

You accept these Terms when you:

• create an Rennum account and confirm acceptance;
• confirm an Order or Subscription that refers to these Terms;
• activate participation in a program that refers to these Terms;
• continue using an account after accepting an updated version where renewed acceptance is required.

If you use Rennum on behalf of a company, team or another legal entity, you confirm that:

• you have authority to act for that organization;
• you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf;
• the organization is responsible for use of Rennum through its Workspace.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account, confirm an Order or use the Services.

Rennum is designed for professional and business use.

You may use Rennum only if:

• you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• your use is permitted under the laws applicable to you;
• you are not prohibited from receiving the relevant Services;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you comply with these Terms and applicable Product-Specific Terms.

Rennum may decline registration or an Order where providing the Service would create a legal, security, technical or compliance risk.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for:

• protecting your authentication details;
• activity completed through your account;
• maintaining access to your registered contact details;
• promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access;
• updating information when it changes.

You must not:

• share authentication details with unauthorized persons;
• access another user’s account without permission;
• create duplicate accounts to obtain bonuses or rewards;
• create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;
• provide false registration information;
• sell or transfer an account without approval.

Rennum may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an account, Order, payment, referral, partner relationship or security event.

RENNUM Teams allows eligible users to work within a shared Workspace.

The confirmed team roles are:

• Owner
• Member

The Owner may manage the Workspace within the functionality currently available in RENNUM Teams.

Depending on available functionality, this may include:

• inviting Members;
• removing Members;
• managing team membership;
• accessing shared balance and Subscription information;
• confirming additional paid operations;
• reviewing shared limits and operation history.

Members may leave a Workspace through the available process.

The Owner is responsible for inviting only authorized persons, removing access when no longer required, ensuring lawful use and maintaining appropriate control over the Workspace.

Rennum provides Services across:

• RENNUM Build;
• RENNUM Cloud;
• RENNUM Guard;
• RENNUM Insight;
• RENNUM Teams;
• RENNUM Experts.

Services may be offered individually, as one-time purchases, by Subscription, through a custom Subscription configuration or under Product-Specific Terms.

Availability, price, scope, limit and technical conditions are displayed before confirmation or separately agreed for an individual request.

You are not required to purchase a fixed package containing Services you do not need.

Any Service currently available in the Rennum product may be included in a Subscription configuration, except RENNUM Experts work, which is assessed separately.

A paid operation must not be charged until confirmed through the applicable Rennum process.

Before confirmation, the user should be shown or provided with:

• selected Service;
• applicable price;
• billing model;
• relevant limits;
• Subscription period where applicable;
• material Product-Specific Terms.

An Order becomes binding when the user completes the required confirmation, Rennum accepts the Order and the required payment or balance charge is successfully completed.

Rennum may refuse or cancel an Order before completion where required information is missing, the Service cannot be provided, the transaction fails, fraud or abuse is suspected, or the Order violates these Terms or law.

If a completed charge is cancelled because Rennum cannot provide the agreed Service, the applicable refund or balance adjustment will be processed under the confirmed Service conditions.

Current prices and billing models are displayed on the Pricing page, in the Rennum product, before Order confirmation or in an individually agreed RENNUM Experts request.

Prices may be a fixed one-time amount, per-unit amount, recurring Subscription amount or individually agreed technical-task amount.

A displayed “from” price is a starting price. The final price may depend on configuration, scope or limits.

The amount presented for final confirmation governs the relevant Order unless a clear technical error is identified.

A Subscription may contain only the Services and limits selected by the user or team.

Before activation, Rennum must display:

• included Services;
• limits;
• billing period;
• recurring amount;
• renewal conditions;
• discounts;
• cancellation or modification method.

A Subscription may be expanded where the relevant Service and product interface allow it.

Charges must follow the available confirmation logic.

Automatic renewal must be clearly disclosed before activation.

RENNUM Experts hours and tasks are assessed separately and are not included in the standard Subscription builder.

Payments are processed through the methods available in the Rennum product.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, maintaining sufficient funds where required, reviewing the amount, paying applicable charges and complying with payment-provider terms.

Rennum may use an external payment provider, which may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Discounts, bonuses and promotional balances apply only under the conditions presented with the relevant offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred between unrelated Workspaces, used after expiration or used to generate referral or partner rewards.

Fraudulent activation is prohibited.

Rennum may cancel a benefit obtained through duplicate accounts, self-referral, false information or other abuse.

Refund eligibility depends on the selected Service, whether it has been provided, whether an external resource has been purchased or activated, Product-Specific Terms and mandatory rights under applicable law.

During the active 30-day subscription period, you can purchase any additional limits beyond those included in the original subscription. The additional limits and cost are shown before confirmation.

A refund may not be available for a Service, resource or task already generated, delivered, activated, reserved, purchased from an external provider or completed according to the confirmed request.

If an integration cannot be completed technically, the applicable payment will be returned according to the confirmed integration conditions.

Refunds, discounts and adjustments may affect Referral Program rewards and RENNUM Partners commission calculations.

RENNUM Cloud may include Services for finding, registering and connecting domains to your projects.

Availability may depend on provider inventory, region, technical compatibility, provider rules, renewal requirements and law.

External provider terms may apply where necessary.

The user is responsible for reviewing renewal dates, limits and Service-specific restrictions displayed by Rennum.

RENNUM Experts provides technical assistance for individually reviewed requests.

A request may be submitted through the Rennum workspace, support or the Telegram bot.

Before paid work begins:

• the request is reviewed;
• expected scope is discussed;
• the hourly rate or task price is agreed;
• the client confirms the work.

RENNUM Experts work is charged separately from the standard Subscription builder.

Because a request may require information about the client’s team, infrastructure or operations, that information is handled with maximum confidentiality. Limited information may be processed by an external service, infrastructure or server provider only when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the agreed task and only to the extent required for that purpose, subject to applicable confidentiality and security requirements. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. It is not used as a public case study without separate permission.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Requests are reviewed individually.

The Referral Program is intended for existing Rennum clients inviting new clients through a valid referral link.

The applicable Referral Program terms are incorporated by reference.

Key principles include:

• registration through a valid referral link;
• one company or team Workspace counted as one referral;
• no separate referrals for Members;
• no self-referrals;
• no duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
• no artificial division of one business.

An eligible referred client receives a $50 Welcome Balance for 30 days.

The Welcome Balance may be used for Rennum Services except RENNUM Cloud.

Rewards and qualification are governed by the separate Referral Program terms. If documents conflict, approved Referral Program terms govern the program-specific issue.

RENNUM Partners is intended for approved professional partners with a consistent flow of potential clients.

Participation requires application review and approval.

Approved partners may receive a dedicated partner account, referral link, client-progress tracking and commission under approved conditions.

The current standard model is:

• 10% of GGR from eligible Platform Services;
• 5% of GGR from eligible Cloud Services.

GGR is calculated under the approved RENNUM Partners terms.

Participation, attribution, qualification, commission, hold periods, payment conditions, fraud rules, suspension and termination are governed by the separate RENNUM Partners terms. If documents conflict, those terms govern the partner-specific issue.

You may use Rennum only for lawful professional and business purposes.

You must not use the Services to:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• infringe intellectual property;
• distribute malicious code;
• interfere with security or infrastructure;
• obtain unauthorized access;
• disrupt another user or Workspace;
• manipulate Orders, payments, referrals or commissions;
• create fake transactions;
• abuse refunds, discounts or bonuses;
• send unauthorized spam;
• impersonate Rennum or another person;
• misrepresent a relationship with Rennum;
• extract protected data without authorization;
• resell a Service without approval;
• avoid obligations imposed by law or a third-party platform.

Use of RENNUM Guard or traffic-related Services does not authorize violation of advertising-platform rules, third-party terms or law.

You retain ownership of content and information you lawfully provide.

You grant Rennum a limited right to access, use, reproduce, modify or process it only as necessary to provide the Service, follow confirmed instructions, maintain security, provide support and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the content, your instructions are lawful, it does not infringe third-party rights and Rennum may perform the agreed processing.

Rennum may refuse content or instructions creating legal, technical, security or reputational risk.

Rennum may receive confidential information when providing technical services or RENNUM Experts assistance.

Rennum will use it only to provide the Service, resolve the request, maintain security or fulfil legal obligations.

Client information will not be used as a public case study without separate permission.

The client must protect non-public Rennum systems, credentials, security procedures, private documentation and individual commercial conditions.

Specific confidentiality agreements may apply.

The website, platform and related software, interfaces, design, text, documentation, graphics, trademarks, databases, workflows and product names belong to GAMIGIN LIMITED or the relevant licensor.

Subject to these Terms, Rennum grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

Except where permitted, you must not copy or distribute protected materials, reproduce Rennum branding, create a misleading official-looking website, reverse engineer protected software where restriction is lawful, remove proprietary notices or use intellectual property to promote an unauthorized service.

No ownership rights are transferred.

Some Services may connect to or depend on third-party products and providers.

Third-party terms may apply.

Rennum is not responsible for independent third-party websites or platforms merely because a link or integration is provided.

Where an external provider is required, the relevant dependency or restriction should be disclosed before confirmation where practicable.

Rennum works to maintain reliable operation.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, security work, provider outages, infrastructure or network failures, updates and events beyond reasonable control.

Unless a separate Service Level Agreement applies, Rennum does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Distributed infrastructure may reduce the effect of an individual server failure but does not guarantee against downtime.

• the current product access point.

Rennum does not guarantee a response time unless included in an approved condition or agreement.

Technical and custom requests are reviewed individually.

Rennum may temporarily restrict an account, Workspace, transaction, reward, payment or Service where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, prevent unauthorized access, address payment failure, comply with law, prevent harm or investigate a material breach.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Rennum will provide information about the restriction and review steps.

A temporary restriction does not automatically establish that a violation occurred.

You may stop using Rennum and request account closure through the available process.

Rennum may terminate access where these Terms are materially violated, fraud is confirmed, required payments remain unpaid, use creates serious legal or security risk, continued provision is prohibited, or an account is unauthorized.

Termination does not remove incurred payment obligations, rights connected to completed Orders, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property protections, legal retention requirements or prior rights and liabilities.

Rennum may update, improve or discontinue a Service.

Where a material change affects an active paid Service or Subscription, reasonable notice should be provided where practicable.

Changes must not retroactively alter a completed Order, confirmed price or approved partner commission except where required by law, refund, fraud finding or documented correction.

Rennum may update these Terms when Services, commercial processes, legal requirements, security or operations change.

The latest version will be published with an updated date.

Material changes should be communicated through the website, account or registered contacts.

Where legally required, renewed acceptance will be requested.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided according to the confirmed scope;
• technical tools and diagnostics do not replace independent legal, compliance or professional review;
• Rennum does not guarantee advertising-platform approval;
• Rennum does not guarantee campaign performance, traffic volume, revenue or commercial results;
• external provider availability may be outside direct control;
• public website information may not replace Product-Specific Terms.

Nothing excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Neither party should be responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control where the affected party could not reasonably prevent the event, takes reasonable mitigation steps and resumes performance when possible.

You agree that account notices, Order confirmations, Subscription information and legal notices may be provided through the account, email or another confirmed channel.

You are responsible for maintaining access to registered contact details.

Electronic acceptance and records may document contractual actions where permitted.

English is the master version.

Other language versions may be provided for accessibility and convenience.

These Terms should be read with:

• Privacy Policy;
• Product-Specific Terms;
• confirmed Order and Subscription conditions;
• Referral Program terms;
• RENNUM Partners terms;
• agreed RENNUM Experts conditions;
• any separate written agreement.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue where permitted.

The invalid provision should be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to reflect its purpose.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive later enforcement.

Any waiver must be clearly confirmed.

You may not transfer an account, Workspace or contractual rights without approval where transfer affects security, payment, eligibility or obligations.

GAMIGIN LIMITED may transfer rights and obligations in a lawful restructuring, merger, acquisition or business transfer, subject to law.
